Profile Description

I have been working as customer service associate for about three years now and with that I have developed the skills on how to communicate over the telephone.
I have a high standard work discipline and it is one of the reasons that I have received some recognition from my office. With my verbal and written communication skills I am able to manage to be one of the consistent performers in my company.
I also worked in a government office where I developed my public relationship since the office that I have worked for provides
social needs to its constituents. And with that skills I believe that I won't have any issues dealing with other people.
I am knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office application, can work
with minimal supervision and a fast learner.
