Profile Description

I was a member of the school publication when I was in high school, so as in college. I had experience writing articles, proofreading, competing with other aspiring journalists during the press conference, and getting an award for the said competition. I worked in the BPO industry as an offshore technical support representative, for almost 2 years. That experience gave me the opportunity to enhance both my written and communication skills. I answer technical queries and resolve their problem with their internet connection. Likewise, on my stay as a representative, it enhanced my typing skills as well.
At present, I am affiliated with an International school which is based locally, as a marketing and admissions officer. I do act as a front line officer as well – entertaining visitors, conduct a small interview for prospect enrollees, answer frequently asked questions about the school and do marketing as well. With these experiences, I made myself familiar with some computer programs and I can work with them without difficulties.
