Profile Description

I have worked from a call center for almost 5 years.
I started as a Technical Support Specialist where I handled technical queries from customers ranging from basic internet connectivity problems to email concerns. I have gained enough knowledge on ISPs, email pop/smtp servers, gateways, routers.
I also have a
background on upselling products and knows how to come up with a best pitch to close a sale, this was when
I handled a Digital TV/ISP/VoIP product.
After 8 months in this account I was moved to a handle one of the Top Wireless provider in US. With this, I gained my background as customer service specialist.
I have develop
an excellent customer service skills to make sure that I deliver best customer experience by observing best phone etiquette.
I believe I have a good diction and accent aside from excellent command in english.
I have an experience in handling difficult/escalated
customer situations and
issues as a resolutions
desk specialist.
From this position, I have learned how to become very resourceful and keen with details especially when I had to closely monitor customers issues while working with different departments/offices globally.
After being a Resolutions Desk Specialist, I moved as a Trainer where I got to train different people to become part of the team.
Along side, I develop visual aids, come up with initiatives on how to better improve several process and products that we offer and
learned to become innovative and direct.
After which, I became a Team Lead OIC, as one, I became adept with managing people may it be with personal contacts or remotely through emails
or online chats.
I've learned how to efficiently manage people through
cascading effective directives via emails/chats and other applications possible.
I believe I am good with motivating people and knows well on how to drive performance to ensure not just to hit the target set but to exceed.
I am a goal oriented individual, I don't only make sure that I complete the work at hand but finish it with quality and content.
