Profile Description

Although I am far from being an ---------- am knowledgeable with
MS excel, as well as FTP and MS Word. I was able to have it
familiarized during college and on my part-time job as a Cafe
Attendant.
I also used to be a Customer Service Representative for a telecommunication
account, I'm providing assistance to the customers making sure that
their hand phones are workable; help with billing issues,troubleshooting
if their phones aren't functional and giving them accurate information.
With these type of job, being knowledgeable isn't only necessary but
listening, talking, empathizing with customers are very important to
insure best solutions for every help that they needed.
For future jobs I will work self-directed and figure things out
whenever possible. I want a stable job and all the while engaging in
new challenges and learning experiences.
