I have worked with several US companies and have a total of 14 years experience. I have a strong background in Travel and Financial Services. The companies I have worked provide call center services to US customers. I was a Senior Team Manager and handling more than 40 associates. I am responsible for performance improvements and meeting goals. I have a solid experience in customer service. As part of management team, it is my responsibility to impart and enhance my associates' product and customer service skills. I am a fast learner and can work well even under pressure. I like handling challenges especially if I can learn new things and can enhance my knowledge and skills. I have excellent English communication skills both in oral and written. I have strong background in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). I am very internet savvy and very good in gathering data from internet and applying it in whatever necessary for projects that I handle.
