• Resolve assigned trouble tickets.
• Consult with customers, asking probing questions to drill down to the root of a specific problem or request.
• Analyze reported information and identify the proper solution must be implemented
• Document problems and solutions before, during and after resolution.
• Test solutions to validate that the customer's request has been fulfilled.
• Utilize software toolset to identify and resolve customer problems.
• Escalate issues to the next level when common solutions do not work.
• Create awareness of newly discovered issues within the system
