I have been a marketing manager for a local company
for over four years. Few of the vital roles I have handled was to create a buzz for the company in many forms such as writing press release, advertisements, events (which include my event management skills) and sending promotions and newsletters via e-mail and social networking sites to regular clients.
A year following my resignation from that company, I was a reservations agent for a top call center company. My responsibility was to handle guest bookings and queries all over the world.
The following year, I was a technical support agent for a UK-based company responsible for mobile phone diagnostics, which also includes order processing and bill queries.
As a virtual assistant for over five years, I was a home-based customer support agent and order processor for an American Publishing Company. I was in charge of e-mail handling (mostly i-rate cases), credit card verification, package tracking and vendor support. I also processed orders with the company's top two suppliers. Part of my job was to check weekly blogs for the company, inventory and make sure shipped goods are all accounted for in our warehouse. I handled a team of 6 virtual assistants and was also in charge of training new hires. My second VA job was a real estate assistant (United States). Few of the tasks I have handled were to make outbound calls to US County offices and obtain relevant information regarding tax sales and procedures. I was also in charge of property research and recommendations, email handling and making sure that my client's schedule is well tracked.
I stay years in my company as loyalty and long term relationship are my top priority. The skills I have acquired from these great companies gave me the edge, confidence and above it all, the attitude of giving
top-notch customer service experience to my clients.
“I had this VA that I could turn things over to made it a lot easier”
