I'm a fast learner encoder
I can say that I am not that good in using english language because I am not using it always. I maybe find it hard to understand when it is used by someone I am talking to. But it is just because of the accent or the way it is delivered is too fast that I can't hardly understand what it means. In case of writing skills, I might say, I'm better in speaking. My vocabulary is not that good enough to impress. I just know how to express. :)
