I am a registered nurse whose been working for more than 2 years as a staff nurse in a hospital. I am capable of giving primary first aid to patients who are sick. I can also administer intravenous medications and insert intravenous lines. I can assess and plan the desired care to each of my patient and endorse to my fellow nurses. I also do charting and documentation of patient care honestly.
