Profile Description

I have spent a total of 2 years for customer service representative and I have acquired to efficiently communicate with people, provide the best possible experience for a customer, regardless if it is through chat support or receiving inbound phone calls. I have also obtained fast learning for tools maintained and is used for performing task. I also had the opportunity to do work research when I was in College for part - time job, data entry, and a bit of writing for school paper. I have fair knowledge for Microsoft office word and a scale of 5 for Microsoft Excel, I f the scale is from 1-10. I also have experienced and acquired basic troubleshooting skills for network issues or wireless phone issues.
