Profile Description

Managerial experience in a family owned Upgrade to see actual infoaling with employee issues, bookkeeping, making sure all government reports are passed on time. Preparing communications, tenant contracts and many more administrative and managerial staff.

I have actually had 14 years of work experience in a Bible School ( a non stock - non profit company). The first 8 years I did Bookkeeping using Quick Books Pro and Non Profit Edition.
For the rest of 5 years, until the present, I work as an Office Manager. Basically I do communications, data entry, transcription and summary of Board Meeting minutes. I do some research. I also handle employee issues and other administrative tasks. Making sure that important reports are passed on time is my responsibility. I do a little editing here and there.
I still do minimal accounting, basically checking and supervising
Some of the programs that i have used are Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, MS Outlook.
I also have experience in Facebook,  just the basics.
