Profile Description

Managerial experience in a family owned ---------- aling with employee issues, bookkeeping, making sure all government reports are passed on time. Preparing communications, tenant contracts and many more administrative and managerial staff.

I have actually had 14 years of work experience in a Bible School ( a non stock - non profit company). The first 8 years I did Bookkeeping using Quick Books Pro and Non Profit Edition.
For the rest of 5 years, until the present, I work as an Office Manager. Basically I do communications, data entry, transcription and summary of Board Meeting minutes. I do some research. I also handle employee issues and other administrative tasks. Making sure that important reports are passed on time is my responsibility. I do a little editing here and there.
I still do minimal accounting, basically checking and supervising
Some of the programs that i have used are Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, MS Outlook.
I also have experience in Facebook,  just the basics.
