I am computer savvy, adept in MS office Applications, customer oriented and fluent in English in both oral and written. I have worked in the BPO industry for the past four (4) years as technical support representative and customer service associate. I handled customer service, inquiry, subscription and billing issues for a satellite radio service for over a year and most of my years of tenure were in technical support for home and home office networking devices (Linksys), cable Internet connection (ISP) and voice and remote access tech support for anti-virus software (Norton/Symantec).
