Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for roughly around 4years now and the last position I held in my last company is an Executive Trainer post. I am a very results-oriented individual, I generate reports consisting the monitoring of agent's performances, rooms for improvement, weighing skills set of each individuals and taking charge in designating them to corrective departments. I can handle escalations and resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time and can definitely work under pressure. I learn quickly and is always welcome for new knowledge for greater chances of discovering new skills set for myself.
