I have worked as a customer service officer for quite sometime now. Dealing with all kinds of customers providing information in response to inquiries about products or services and handling and resolving complaints. I have developed good interpresonal skills and good sense of
probleming analysis and problem solving. Through the years I also knew how to listen not only understanding each word spoken but more of pinpointing the unspoken needs of the customers. I can work under pressure and with little supervision whenever possible. I know Ms word and Ms excel as well as other computer applications.
