Come up with programs for the two branches of stores in Kuwait – Baroue Discovery Mall and Baroue Avenues.

Assist buyers in any promotional activities of their respective departments – fashion, toys, nursery, events and entertainment.

Gather all feedback from promos and projects through customer feedback, voucher redemption and coupon monitoring.
4.
Maintain mutually positive, productive relationships with different marketing entities like INITIATIVES and other business units to make sure that all projects run smoothly and effectively.
5.
Coordinate with schools, companies and other business entities in Kuwait for tie ups and other business ventures which will both benefit Baroue and the partnering companies.
6.
Maintain website including posting new content, monitoring site and responding to author inquiries/comments or concerns.
Maintaining Facebooka and Twitter account inorder to disseminate essential information pertaining to promos and projects of the store.
7.
Assist in the execution of marketing activities including development of marketing collateral, coordination of ads, conferences and promotions which advertises Baroue.
8.
Monitor weekly and monthly sales versus marketing budget to make sure that expenses are not more than what is net earned by the company, making sure of high turn out of sales at a least cost.
9.
Create annual budget for marketing department and controlling expenses.
