I worked in a call center company for almost3 yrs. All of our accounts were outbound specifically into selling products, appointment setting, survey and publication. For sometime I was also assigned to accept inbound calls. I am equipped with all the trainings necessary for these kind of accounts. I have sufficient knowledge on MS Word and Excel and internet usage. I can work under less supervision, self-reliant and trustworthy. I want a long term job wherein I can help my employer in his business and for me to develop as a good employee and as an individual.
