I've worked with Sutherland Global Services for AT&T for about a year and a half. I've been more comfortable working on computers since then. Since AT&T is a provider of fixed telephony in the United States, and is also a provider of broadband and subscription television services, I can say taht i'm already familiar with Phone, TV and Internet functions and connections. I also know some basic TV, phone and computer troubleshooting. We also fix internet and email problems. But of course, all of this was gained through training and practice.
I've also had a lot of irate customers and i'm good at handling them. I'm also able to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences. I'm also interested with video, photo and music editing. I'm also flexible and good at managing time. With proper training, I know can
perform any task.
