Profile Description

Over the past year, I have been a Process Associate for a company that hires representatives to resolve AT&T concerns. We were handling Order Management Center for AT&T U-verse, which specifically caters to ordering concerns that people and service technicians have. After two months, I was promoted to SME (Subject Matter Expert) and POC of our cluster, which pushed me to hone my researching skills, and especially working under a deadline for escalated concerns. Also, I've worked in Telus as a Save and Billing representative, and I believe that has honed mostly my conversational skills as well as making sure that the accounting is precise and I believe I have the skills in this specific line of work. I'm pretty well versed in Web designing (specifically HTML, CSS & FTP) and Photoshop since these are tools I had worked with when I owned a website, and Photoshop is a tool I constantly use for Photography. Wordpress and Blogspot are tools that I have worked with in the past, though I'm far from being an expert though I am willing to learn. I will work self directed with little guidance if necessary, and if there are things that seem complicated I will figure things out and find the best resolution for the concern. I want a long term and stable job where I could use my skills to help my employer out.
