Profile Description

Majority of my work has been in the Medical Office setting. I worked as a Medical or Dental records technician. I have partially dealt with 16 to 24 year old patients. Still, majority of my time I deal with records or paperwork.
I also have clinical skills. I would assist our dentist (if she didn't have a assistant) during filling, restoration or extraction procedures. They have trained me to take basic dental x-rays and develop them. Part of the Job description was to do inventory, schedule appointments, coordinate with off site orthodontist or oral surgeon.
For a short time our family had a flower shop. Here I developed the new company logo and business cards. I would prepare the billing statements or invoices to be given to our clients.
I do have skills in teaching. I was an assistant teacher for a Kumon Center. I was assigned to the high level reading students. The last three levels dealt with English Literature. Most of the time I worked independently with my students.
