I worked as a call center representative at Advanced Contact Solution. My job was to answer all their questions whether it was an inquiry or complaints. I also worked as a converstion agent in ScopeWorks Asia, and my job was to convert the voice message into text (conversion agent). I went to different accounts like US, UK, Canadian account, South African account and Australian account. Therefore I can say that I can easily understand different accents. I can also write an article for whatever topic it maybe. I also know how to work with Wordpress, although I am far being an expert as well as MS Word. I work self-directed and I am committed to my work. I want a long term job where I can help you with your business.
