Being an extrovert gave me an opportunity to work as a training apprentice in Sutherland Global Services. As an apprentice, I have learned several methodological approach which can help me excel in this new endeavor. One of my responsibilities is to ensure our trainees are well-equipped with product knowledge and customer service skills. I also have learned how to use MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel in providing data analysis to our clients, although my expertise is not "that" superb.
