I was a programmer before but was inactive for quite some time. I had previously worked as a local english tutor locally. I was also an encoder and inspector in the local government before. I am a technical savvy person who knows computers quite a bit, so standard programs maybe is often simple. Long term job is what I am looking for though a short one won't be a problem.
