For the last 6 years, I've been helping customers over the phone, chat and e-mail to troubleshoot networking devices such as wired and wireless routers, wireless adapters and other devices involved in small and home office networking. After working for a technical support specialist, I am now a Senior Forum Moderator on the same company tasked to overlook and and monitor forum traffic, content and keep the the forum's discussions in check.
