I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with an extensive background in practical hands-on, proficient in Microsoft applications including but not limited to Excel, Access, Outlook and Word. I am knowledgeable in other software applications and programming languages like: C++, JAVA and Visual Basic. I am good in English, above-average listening and analytical skills. I have 2 years and 6 months experience in Human Resource as Manpower and System Control Office Specialist and almost 3 years in BPO industry. I have great experiences in office management and other clerical works.
I am knowledgeable in documenting or recording information such as entering, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form. Since I worked in Human Resource department I am knowledgeable in performing administrative activities like performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
As customer service representative at hand, I know how to resolve conflicts and to negotiate like handling with complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
I can communicate with Clients, Supervisors, peers, or subordinates. I am good in providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form such as e-mail, or online chat. As internet savvy I love interacting with computers and computer systems, applications, enter data, or process information -- compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
