With my experience in both Human Resource and Customer Service,
I think that the most important character trait or skill that I have developed and enhanced is the skill of actively
listening and being analytical.
You may have the best data gathering technique and the most efficient but if you do not put it into good use, that would be absolutely useless.
Having a very extensive customer interaction over the phone, you get the chance to talk to your customers.
What do they like and dislike about your service and how you can improve what you have.
Human Resource Management is no different, the employees are our customers.
To retain them we have to make them happy.
What will make them stay or leave is our outmost concern.
“They are definitely a valuable part of your business for all kinds of reasons.”
