- I worked as a dispatch and representative for an Installation Company in the US. I was dealing with technicians as well the customers of the Satellite TV System provider my main client is working for. My main task is to provide quality customer service to technicians and customer in a shorter phone handling time. The quicker I resolve the concern, the better. I do basic technical support/troubleshooting, processing of payments, scheduling and rescheduling of appointments, complaint management and data entry.
Non-Voice (Eligibility/Data Analyst)
- I worked as an Eligibility Analyst for a Healthcare Provider in the US. My main task is to maintain at least 20 healthcare accounts. I also support an on shore counterparts via email.
I have established a good working relationship with my onshore partners. Demonstrated a “can do” attitude and can work proficiently even under pressure. Major strengths include excellent communication skills, good phone etiquette and attention to details.
