Profile Description

I have 5 years experience in customer service for BPO companies here in Cebu, Philippines. I was a Subject Matter Expert for Eligibility and Benefits for a certain Health Plan
Coverage and a Member Services Associate in the same department. I was responsible for researching answers for multiple inquiry. In addition, I was the Officer-In-charge of the Supervisor. I am responsible for taking escalated calls, Coaching and Feedback to agents and Call listening. My tasks also includes email correspondence,update and encode performance statistics for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Aside from my regular work routine, as a Freelance Researcher I am also into assisting students in formulating Thesis and Case Studies Reports part time. I have excellent oral and written communications skills and strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
