Profile Description

I worked as an outbound telephone sales representative in a local call center called Amberbase Solutions Inc. which caters to its international clients by providing BPO and CRM services. The specific campaign I was in had very high standards when it comes to proficiency in English. We were required to speak in a professional yet friendly tone as well. The campaign demands high levels of multitasking because while you're talking to the prospect you have to input and verify data and toggle between a couple of programs while doing so. I have managed to be one of the top 10 performers consistently.
I am also knowledgeable but not an expert in WordPress and the social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and the like. I am very familiar with the basic Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. I can write basic articles pretty well just as long as the topics are fairly familiar with me.
I am a very hardworking individual and I try to do everything as fast and as diligently as I can. I am a fast learner and once I get a hang of things I barely need supervision. I am looking for a stable job that pays enough and I would personally feel empowered to be able to help out for a bigger cause.
