Profile Description

Communication is one of the skills I am good at.
I can motivate people well to help them achieve what they need to do for themselves. I worked as a full time church worker the past 16 years in one church. I have worked with the youth in 9 of those. I would say that one of the better skills I have i in being able to communicate to people and being able to relate with them. To be able to lead people, one has to relate with them and to relate with them, one has to be able to communicate with them.
I consider myself a wide reader too and that has helped me in being able to think "out of the box." I do believe that there are a lot of other ideas waiting to be discovered if only people will be willing to go outside of being traditional.
