I have worked as an email support for an online business company that provides online services and other online products such as seo softwares and tools. I'm quite familar with zendesk support ticket system and osticket support system.
My main role was to provide quick response to customers query and make sure their issues are addressed properly. Part of my role also was to make sure all technical issues are escalated to the right person or developer and make some follow ups to the person concerned for faster turnaround time for every ticket.
I have also done some link building jobs such as profile creation, manual social bookmarking, automated social bookmarking, web 2.0 account creation and management, directory submission and blog posting.
I'm a self motivated person and I'm very willing to learn new things.
