Profile Description
I have had 6 years experience in a BPO working as QA and as Team Leader for an ISP account. With this background, I have gained extensive knowledge in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and spreadsheets, Powerpoint for reporting and even Outlook and internet messaging. I am also quite familiar with various QC Tools, Six Sigma and End to end Process roll-out.
Going online for researching info, updating mails and profiles, checking out the latest news, and even doing fun stuff, take about more than a third of my day. Fluency in the English Language is also not a problem, as a proof, about a year ago, I sat for the TOEFL and scored 110/120. I can also type at least 50 wpm.
