I have communication skills, computer skills., hardworking. With nearly nine years of experience in the BPO industry—specializing in customer service, content moderation, and quality auditing—I bring a strong background in client relations, problem-solving, and policy enforcement that aligns well with this role.


My experience as a customer service representative for voice accounts has honed my ability to engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions—key skills for driving sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, my five years working with the TikTok account, including three years as a content moderator, have given me deep insights into digital platforms, online commerce, and content policies—knowledge that is essential for helping Shopify merchants navigate their e-commerce journey.


Currently, as a Quality Analyst in video moderation, I conduct root cause analysis (RCA), coaching, and quality talks with external clients to ensure policy consistency and optimal performance. These responsibilities have strengthened my analytical mindset, communication skills, and ability to align with business objectives—capabilities that translate directly into understanding customer pain points and delivering effective sales solutions.
