Profile Description

Currently, I am working in a business process outsourcing company doing back office work. Specific work assignment include resolving conflict and issues between trading partners based on client specified guidelines, parameters, and policies. The job entails reviewing evidences and documentations provided by conflicting parties in a business disppute and resolving their
issues based on the above-stated guidelines. Part of the job also includes verifying and validating information from third party entities, directly or indirectly,
linked with the transaction entered by the
disputing parties. It also involves writing reports, processing appeals of losing parties, granting and denying their appeals based on evidences presented by the losing parties in the disputes. I joined the business process outsourcing industry in 2006.
Previously, I worked in the broadcast industry
as writer and researcher.
I was also part of the creative teams that wrote ideas, storylines, and scripts for various television shows produced in the Philippines. This is an on and off basis for several years starting in 1998.
In the corporate world, I worked in a big financial institution based in the Middle East (Qatar), handling foreign currency exhange and
international remittances. This was in 1986 to 1993.
