I have worked as an Operations
Manager /
Food & Beverage Consultant for some local restaurants / bars where I've developed what I would call my "people skills".
My employers and clients have always been very satisfied with my performance and as a matter of fact I have maintained good friendship with those people I've worked with.
I have also done some Events Organizing which was something I did enjoyed a lot too.
The events I worked on gave me an opportunity to meet so many other people from different walks, like businessmen / executives I had to seek sponsorships from, politicians and government employees who gave necessary endorsements I need for my events, talents and artists and ofcourse the 'party people' who came to my events.
I shifted to
the BPO industry which was more of a practical choice when I became a single mom.
It wasn't really what I wanted to do but surprisingly it was so easy for me to get to love it and I still am loving it til now.
I've done Customer Service for some Web-based Voicemail and Email Service Providers,
Customer / Technical Support for AT&T Uverse, Linksys by Cisco and Sprint.
I mainly do technical troubleshooting for Wired and Wireless Home Networking. (i.e. Wireless Routers, Network Adapter, Gaming Adapters).
I am very well versed with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Mac and my typing ability is exceptional too.
