I have been a Customer Service Representative at e-PLDT Ventus back in college. I am good with Customer Care, being able to assist them with their needs. After graduation, I applied as Operations Support Center Specialist at Teletech. I made reports to submitted to the clients. I monitor the calls of the agents. I resigned after a year and a half due to time schedule.
Then I applied as Department at Robinsons Supermarket Corp and currently I am now a buyer at their Head Office. Meeting my KPIs to hit the target of my category. I implement promotions and projects that would help increase my sales. I negotiate with me suppliers to increase the income of my category.
