Profile Description

For few years in working online, I've always been looking for a job that would allow me to use and further develop the skills that I have acquired. I always wanted to focus working with clients on a virtual basis since my clients have been located all over the world. My main goal is to be able to help my clients to do the things that they don't have time to do. I want them to be able to focus on the things that can help build their business grow. To be able to establish a good relationship with my client is very important even when email and chat is the only viable connection. As for my own benefit, I always wanted to work in a company who can help me develop and enhance my knowledge, my skills in different fields of work. In a company who will help me grow to become a better person. I have well-rounded experience in administrative work as well in a call center as telemarketer/technical/billing support through voice, email and chat as well as with Real Estate tasks. Quality Assurance Analyst in a virtual call center as well as in a credit repair company and even in AU government office. I have developed excellent typing and computer skills. I had the opportunity to learn and apply the essentials of customer service.
I have develop and enhance my knowledge with different tools. I'm very eager to learn new things everyday. I'm open to feedback, it may be positive or negative criticism. For me to be able to provide overall quality output, it could be with administrative support, customer service and other services.
I might not have the specific skill that you need but I can assure you I'm ready, willing to learn it quickly and efficiently.
