As of the moment, I am a Real Time Analyst in Teleperformance (a BPO Company). My job description is providing hourly data for Operations Manager on how they are doing, if their Service Level is passing. I provide data like, Production Hours, Average Handle Time, Number of calls handled. Basic statistics that is usually used in the call center industry.
Previously, I am a Technical Support Representative for Teleperformance as well and was promoted as Real Time Analyst. When I was a TSR, I was handling Dell International Services dealing with problems with customers desktop and laptop computers. I do have a highly technical background in terms of the call center industry
