I work as barista for a coffee shop and because of that my skills in talking to people increase dramatically that's why I work for a call center... my first account is technical support and then been transfer to customer service. though I'm a Nurse I can do all of this Job because I already experienced working with a lot of people talking to them and resolving their issues. I know I can be a great asset with your company because I'm hard working person and can do shifting scheduled just in case. thank you.
