For the past 3 years, I have been working at home as an English tutor for Koreans, Indians, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabians and Japanese.
I also did the review for TOEFL ibt with some of them.
It's been a great endeavor because I get to be with my baby and also earn at home.
I prepare their lesson plans and report their evaluations by sending it to their email.
I got them from joining English online sites.
Prior to that, I was working at a BPO Call center company-Winsource Solutions in Mandaluyong as a training supervisor where I taught aspiring agents about American Accent and technical about Qwest DSL.
I handled both soft skills training and technical.
I also had other call center employment where I handled Dell and Equifax. Months before that, I was a trainer/tutor/HR of MCBI, a Korean-Filipino Online School.
i worked there as the first company trainer, training teachers of their accent, primarily.
I assisted our manager in recruitment process, checked the teaching calls of each tutor and also taught some students, about 4 of them. Basically, my course of employment started with training and teaching using English as a mode of communication so this harnessed my skill both in written and oral.
