I've been a call center agent for a year, specifically a technical support representative. Technically, we receive calls from clients with internet issues and help them resolve the issue. Having this experience, I've well-trained in the call center field and had been a good communicator ever since. I can use this skill as an english tutor or be a customer service rep once again.
I am also a nurse for 4 4years and just recently ended my contract so understanding, giving care and communicating therapeutically to clients is where i'm best at.
I am always willing and eager to learn and to be trained so hiring me would not make you regret of your decision.
