I have a worked as a customer service associate for a year for a telecommunications company in the US and some of my tasks include data entry, answering phone calls and resolving billing concerns and general inquiries from our customers. We also transfer from 1 department to another if there is a need for our client's issue to be resolved. The rest of my experiences are with technical support for a DSL company in the US as well. My tasks includes answering phone calls and providing customer service, assisting clients with connection concerns like wired or wireless connections, router and modem configuration ( we only support specific brands for modems), and some basic networking skills. Some of the following software that I know are Windows 2000,XP,Vista & 7, Mac OSX 10 and up, certain anti virus soft-wares like Eset, Avast, Trend-micro, Norton, etc., I am also knowledgeable in using Photoshop CS2 as I have basic skills in graphic design and I am also knowledgeable in installing softwares and Windows operating system. I am very excited to be employed in one of the companies very soon.
