I've work as a Recruitment Specialist for a couple of years in one company.
My work include hiring and staffing, training and assessment.
I also maintain and update employee database.
Hiring consist of exam and interviews 5 days a week
and training/orientation for one day.
I sometimes design training modules whenever it needs to be updated.
Assessment consist of evaluating employees and counseling including transferring employees to area that might be best matched for them. It is also part of my job to make disciplinary action and implementation of the sanction.
I enjoy doing my job.
