Profile Description

Im a college graduate,with a degree in Engineering Technology Management with skills in handling projects and as well as organizational skills.After graduating, I had my Call Center Communications Workshop at Synnex-Concentrix, where i enhance my communication skills. Then I worked in an Outbound Call Center as an Outbound Sales Agent for 5 months, where I was part of several campaigns like Admax Edu, My Tuition Assistant and Virtel all related to education.After 5 months, I was promoted as a Team Leader for Virtel Marketing. Where I handled 25 agents on the floor.
Our team produces good leads and requires them atleast 1.25 sph (sales per hour). As a Team Leader, I communicate with the client as well as my bosses and always up to what the client's demand.
