Profile Description

I have been a Technical Support Representative for Sykes Asia before where I used to handle calls particularly from North American clients regarding issues that relate to technical aspect of a personal computer, router, operating systems and software. I' am trained to troubleshoot linksys routers as well as guiding clients on ways to fix issues thru the phone. I have mentioned in my job description that I' am quite interested also in trying out article and blog writing as well since I love writing notes on my laptop on my free time with different topics on hand from sports, health, travel, music and movies to name a few. Though my main option would still have to be being virtual assistant and tech support representative. I' d still give article and blog writing a close second for my set of skills.
