Hi!  My name is Moirene Barroga-Salagubang, and I’m a finance and accounting professional with over 12 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial operations. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. I’m a TESDA Bookkeeping NC III passer, as well as a Xero Certified Level 1 Associate, Level 2 Professional, Xero Payroll Specialist, and Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor.

I have also undergone training with The Life Auditor about Australian Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Taxation, including Bookkeeping and Payroll with Xero, MYOB, and QBO.

Throughout my career, I’ve handled end-to-end bookkeeping, including recording accounts receivable and payable and bank reconciliation into QBO, payroll processing, tax preparation, and month-end and year-end closing. I also prepare accurate financial statements to support management’s decision-making. I am also very proficient with Microsoft Excel, I can do vlookup, pivot table, and I know a lot of keyboard shortcuts when it comes to data entry.

I’ve worked my way up from an Accounting Associate to Finance Department Manager, leading and supervising finance operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. I’m highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in using pivot tables and lookup functions to manage and analyze financial data. I’m known for being detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized, and I take pride in maintaining the integrity of financial records. I adapt well to different roles and systems, and I enjoy supporting businesses by keeping their finances accurate and well-managed.
