Profile Description

I've been in different working industries for more than a decade now.

-Helped the President and the Executive Director in the development of the previous company I've worked for by taking care of its database (including adding possible clients too), handling clients inquiries (doing marketing by phone or by email), supervising IT-related and other office stuff, preparing for speaker's presentations and re-assuring that all things are well before, during and after the event.
-Worked as an Executive Assistant to the Quality and Safety Division Head, as well as a Special Secretary to the Medical Consultant.
-Taught conversational and business English to non-native speakers.
-Got a strong work experience in Appointment Setting for more than 2 years  - industries are related to Hollywood Events, Finance, Insurance and Waste Management.

I always make it to a point to do my best in reaching whatever goal the company has. I like working in start up companies because they have strong work ethics that could lead to success.

I have enough experience in doing data entry and web research, finishing tasks on or before the said deadline. I was able to enhance my skills too in doing administrative task in an organized and neatly manner. I'm good at handling customers making sure that they don't feel indifferent. I enjoy  exploring different computer programs so it's not difficult for me to learn new things. I'm a very goal-oriented, hardworking and dedicated person, that's why you won't have to worry if I am doing my job or not.
