I have 7+ years of work experiences in the fields of Education, Tech/Customer Support, and Recruitment. I'm currently focusing on candidate sourcing. I'm proficient in using Google Boolean Search as well as LinkedIn in looking for suitable candidates for my clients. Since i've started working from home, most of the candidates that I focused on is in the IT industry (Software Engineers, Software Developers, Front/Back-end Engineers). I've also done searches for Tax/Audit Managers, Principals, Partners and DIrectors from top Tax Companies in the US.
