I have a total working experience in the BPO/call center industry for four years. I handled customer information encoding which entails the accurate entry of customer information. The information we handle is very vital as it means the safety of the identity of the customers. We handle their personal information that is use in managing their telephone accounts, i.e. address changes; service upgrade and downgrade as well as service disconnection.
I have worked as a technical support specialist for cable internet and broadband/DSL connection. My scope covers the troubleshooting of their internet connection, basic computer errors and networking.
On a personal note, my hobby involves cars, martial arts and billiards. I am capable of fixing car problems such as under chassis maintenance and engine problems. I am a black belter in Taekwondo and I used to be part of the varsity team when I was in high school. I have played competitive billards when I was in college and almost made it to the Philippine team.
