I have worked in the call center industry for four years. I have handled data entry for a telephone communications company in the US. This involved handling sensitive customer information that is used for billling, service upgrade and downgrade, account activiation and deactivation and overall account maintenance.
I have also worked as a technical support representative for cable internet and broadband and DSL internet connection for a major internet and communication company in the US. My scope of support involved troubleshooting internet connection, fixing basic computer error messages and networking.
Personally, my personal interests would involve automotives. I know how to fix my own car specifically under chassis repairs and overall engine maintenance. I am also into a lot of fitness activities; I am a black belter in taekwondo and used to work a personal fitness trainer.
