I've done quite a long time in documentation this help me a lot on how to be alert, active, and have time management for me to be able to achieve the targets needed for the submission of
all the documents necessary for the loan approval. I do costumer service a bit where i entertain all the walk-in clients, or on over the phone. I know Ms Word and Excel. I do an appointment setting with clients, to get their requirements, or talk over the phone regarding the status of their application. i also done as a encoder where I am identifying the correct item type of each article submitted to us by the client ( in exceptional articles, determining item type is on a case to case basis).Identifying problem pages (ie: missing, illegible, chopped, CDE (compressed data error), etc.) I will work honestly with the company and i will do my very best where i could be a
recipient to the attainment of the company’s organization goal and be able to use my knowledge and skills efficiently and effectively.
